Noesis Frameworks ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and safeguarding of your personal data when you use the Noesis Chrome Extension and web platform (noesisedu.in). This policy is strictly governed by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 of India.

1. Age of Consent

Noesis is an advanced educational tool intended strictly for aspirants preparing for competitive examinations (UPSC, SSC, Bank PO). By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or process data from minors without verifiable parental consent.

2. Data We Collect

To provide you with personalized diagnostic analytics and secure cloud vault syncing, we collect the following data upon explicit signup:

• Identity Data: Email address and Mobile Number (used exclusively for account security and auth verification).
• Telemetry & Usage Data: Exam selections, diagnostic accuracy scores, generated mock queries, and saved flashcard texts.
• Device Data: Anonymous browser user-agent strings for security and error logging.

3. Data Localization & Security

Your authenticated data and Cloud Vault entries are encrypted in transit and at rest. We utilize enterprise-grade infrastructure via Supabase. All primary database routing, execution pipelines, and user profile ledgers are strictly secured behind Row Level Security (RLS) policies, meaning no other user can access your vault.

4. Explicit Consent & Right to Withdraw

Under the DPDPA, 2023, you have the absolute right to manage your data. You may withdraw your consent for data processing at any time. Upon withdrawal, we will permanently purge your `public.profiles`, `auth.users`, and `user_vault` records from our active databases.

To request a complete account deletion and data purge, email grievance@noesisedu.in from your registered email address with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

5. Third-Party API Processors

Noesis acts as an orchestration engine. To generate explanations, your prompts are routed securely through third-party LLM providers. We do not use your personal email or phone number in these API payloads, nor do we permit these providers to train their foundational models on your specific user data.
