Cancellation & Refunds

At Noesis, we provide a free daily tier so users can fully evaluate the platform before making a financial commitment. Because our Pro subscriptions provide immediate access to high-performance computational architecture, our refund policy is strictly enforced.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your Noesis Pro subscription (Monthly or Yearly) at any time through your dashboard or by emailing our support team. Upon cancellation, your auto-renewal will be immediately stopped. You will continue to have full Pro access until the end of your current billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

Monthly Subscriptions: Payments for Monthly Pro subscriptions are 100% non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of usage.

Yearly Subscriptions: Yearly subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, if you forget to cancel your yearly auto-renewal and you notify us at admin@noesisedu.in within 48 hours of the renewal charge, we will process a full refund for that renewed year.

3. Service Interruptions

In the highly unlikely event that the Noesis core platform is completely offline for more than 72 consecutive hours, active Pro users may request a prorated credit to their account for the downtime.
