Welcome to Noesis Frameworks ("Noesis", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our platform at noesisedu.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Nature of Service

Noesis is a high-precision computational educational utility designed for exam preparation. While we strive for absolute accuracy through our proprietary retrieval matrix, algorithmic models can occasionally produce anomalous or inaccurate data. You agree that Noesis is a supplementary diagnostic tool, not a replacement for official textbooks or syllabus documents. We are not liable for any academic performance, exam results, or loss of marks.

2. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and authentication credentials you use to access Noesis. You agree not to share your Pro account access with unauthorized third parties. We reserve the right to suspend accounts detected exhibiting suspicious bulk-sharing activity.

3. Intellectual Property

The visual design, architecture, prompt-engineering frameworks, and proprietary source code of Noesis are our exclusive property. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or commercially distribute any part of our service.

4. Fair Usage Policy

Pro Tier users have access to "Infinite" compute tokens. However, this is subject to a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) to prevent automated script abuse. If your account generates API requests at a volume impossible for a human user, your rate limits may be temporarily capped.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
